A small online gathering for people living with endometriosis, suspected endometriosis, or endometriosis-like symptoms.
Living with endometriosis is ongoing. Even when symptoms are quieter, there’s still the attention, the adjustments, the learning, and the work of figuring out what helps you live in your body.
I wanted to create a space where that ongoing experience can be shared—not just the difficult days, but the everyday reality of living with it, too.
The Endo Circle is a small, ongoing online gathering for conversation, solidarity, nourishment, and practices that help us come back to ourselves. It’s a place to meet regularly, learn together, and connect with people who understand something of what you’re living with.
What’s included
One live gathering each month
We’ll meet online for a grounding or embodiment practice, a focused topic, and time for conversation and connection. Topics will move through the realities of living with endometriosis, including capacity, stress, cyclical changes, rest, and nourishment.
A tea recommendation for each gathering
For every meetup, I’ll share a tea recommendation to bring along and enjoy during the session. Over time, you can begin building a small personal apothecary of teas and herbs to return to.
A small monthly offering
Each month, I’ll share something practical to support the theme—this might be a recipe, a food idea, a short reflection, or a simple practice. It will be useful and approachable, rather than another big course to keep up with.
A private WhatsApp community
A place to talk between gatherings, share experiences, ask questions of the group, and find a little solidarity in the day-to-day. I’ll be present in the space, but it isn’t a 24-hour or individual support service.
Occasional guided rest sessions
I’d also like to offer longer relaxation practices, such as guided meditation or yoga nidra, when I can. These will be occasional additions rather than a guaranteed monthly session.
The founding circle
I’m beginning with a small founding circle so we can establish the rhythm and shape the space together.
The founding rate is £23 per month for the first three months.
At the end of those first three months, I’ll review the format, the workload, and the pricing before confirming the ongoing membership rate. Founding members will continue to receive a reduced rate compared with the standard membership price. I’ll give advance notice of any change before it takes effect.
Membership is paid monthly and can be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms shown at checkout.
Who it’s for
This space is for people living with a diagnosis of endometriosis, those who suspect they may have it, and people experiencing endometriosis-like symptoms. You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis to join.
You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you. You can speak, listen, ask questions, or simply come and be part of the gathering.
A note about support
The Endo Circle is a community and educational space. It isn’t a medical service, diagnostic service, or substitute for individualized medical care. The WhatsApp group is for shared conversation and peer connection, not urgent help or private, ongoing advice.
